However, what MOST restauranteurs don't understand is that when BOGO offers are set up in conjunction with a trackable marketing system, these deals will actually make them more money in the long run and capture customer information up front for future re-marketing. 

The problem is, the majority of these restaurants don't have this type of marketing  n place so they can't see the benefits.
